Freestyle Apple Honey Pie

The simple things in life include being loved and making pie at 9:47 pm.
Lisa's Freestyle Apple Honey Pie
*Make your crust (Personally I like Tender flake)
These are the ratios I use:
2.5 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
7 tbsp water
3/4 cup Lard

Peal and cut your apples of any kind.  Honestly I don't know how many apples you need...  just peal till your fingers get tired.
*Add as much Cinnamon as you want to the apples.  I love cinnamon, so I add lots.
*Add a touch of All Spice
*Couple spoon fulls of honey...make that five.
MIX together.

Pour apples into your pie shell...(Taste the will want to)  Cover with remaining pie crust....Trim the edges...Make two slits on the top... Wet the top of the shell... Smear brown sugar on the top (makes a nice golden crust)
BAKE one hour at 400.  Done.
Eat with ice cream...Or let it cool over night and eat it for breakfast.  I won't tell.  ;-)
