Canning Relish

You "could" say I followed a recipe to make two types of relish... and any logical way to successful canning IS following a recipe lol.... but I seem to have good luck not following a recipe.  The recipe book is more there as an inspiration to actually make something... and the measurements & ingredients in the book are actually just suggestions. lol

Your condiments on the menu tonight are.... Green Relish and Red Relish. ;-) Viola.
