Sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day to make a proper lunch & get everything accomplished. I swear before you even realize... the day is done and you're not sure if you just cured cancer or only answered 5 e-mails. Life goes by so fast. Some days I forget to smell the roses.
I made a point today... even in the thick of the busyness... to head out for a walk. It does wonders for the creative energy and gives you the push you need to take off like a super hero. :-)
