Summer Rush

I've been drinking a lot of these lately....

.... and if you're waiting to see your images, I'll soon be caught up.  Sorry for the wait....and your patience is always appreciated! Although I know how exciting it is to wait!

New Addition... It's a boy!

Babies don't always cooperate for photo shoots....but the majority of the time, if you're patient... the right shot comes along.

This baby connected very well with my camera ..... and I love when that happens.

Six Years Old

The river is very high... but it still works for my purposes. ;-)

Summer is in high gear after these last few hot days.... and I'm loving the long hours of light.

Something New... Something Old

I think a photographer's website should reflect their favorite images, up to date work and a look in to their world.

The ideas are in the oven.  My new and improved blog/website should be up and running in a month or so. (You know I'll keep you posted!)

I'm excited for change. Change is good.

She's Eleven (Not Sixteen)

She loves loves loves loves loves zebra print.

Reminds me of the time I convinced my mom that I needed a zebra print wall in my room.  It wasn't as cool as this wall....  or as cool as this outfit.

Graduation

I've had the privilege of capturing these kids growing up.  It's probably one of my favorite things about being a photographer.  I still remember the 1st family shoot we did together, back in the film days.  ;-)

Milestones are the best time to have family photos done.

Pregnancy Sessions

She's going to be a big sister... and I can't help but wonder, what a fun sister she will be.

I love involving a little sister or brother with a pregnancy session.  I'm always amazed at how well they interact with "the tummy"... and how well they play along.  This little one totally performed and we managed to capture some very sweet images. :-)

Graduation

It's that time of year.  The grass is green and the grads are fresh.

One Year

You can tell when a toddler smiles...its because they are really really happy and they are most happy when mom or dad is on the scene.  I'm always grateful for the parents help during a mini-shoot!
