Here are a few images from my little get-together jewelry party Friday night.  The guest of honour was none other then... "The Sweet Little Maren"...and she needed a nap during the festivities. Oh well.  ;-)

Tuesday Adventures

Today is/was a good day.  I spent the day with the sun, my camera and some film.  Although it will take a few days to get my film back, here are some shots with my trusty digital camera.
Today's soup was roasted veggie from the cafe in the Mendle Art Gallery! Soooo good!

Cupcakes

You might say I have a bit of an obsession right now.  One word: Cupcakes.
The Cupcake Conspiracy is having their grand opening this Saturday at 10:00 am. Be sure to head over and check things out!  Lots of sweets and prizes! Bring the kiddies!  They are located in the newly restored King George Hotel.  Truly amazing site to see.

I treated myself to a pack of six ...and yes I had to photograph them before they were consumed.

Paint

Just a touch of paint. Nothing bold this time around...but I needed a slight change.  I closed my eyes and pointed my finger at a paint chip.  This is what it shall be! I'm always inspired after a painting project!

Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a beautiful thing.  I always enjoy capturing these little moments and it was so nice to have this couple in my presence.

Family

Just after Christmas I got together with this young family.  I shot their wedding a few years ago and since then they have had two super cute kids.  I always find it fascinating when you see little bits of kids in their parents.  Those same characteristics always come out in a photograph.  :-)
