How far will you go?

Road trips are a pure learning experience.

You'll learn how to sleep in ways you never thought possible.
You'll learn that a muffler will give up when it feels necessary.
You'll learn the value being together.
You'll learn coffee doesn't work as good as an energy drink.
You'll learn that a GPS is the best invention since sliced bread.
You'll learn it's nice to have two types of sunglasses.
You'll learn how to entertain your mind for 5 hours straight.
You'll learn that cruise control is your best friend.
You'll learn how to perfectly pee outdoors.
You'll learn how to choose hotels wisely.
You'll learn the art of photographing through a windshield.
You'll learn that mother nature will give you driving conditions he/she feels necessary.

But its all good. ...
A road trip is an awesome learning experience and isn't that what life's all about?

[Framed] Episode 8 Giveaway

Photography is a beautiful thing, simply because a story can be told through the beauty and interpretation of a single photo. [Framed]

This is my photo.

Sometimes you gotta... let happen what will happen during a shoot with children.  This photo tells the story of a happy Mother (simply glad to have her family together), a patient Father (who can't wait for nap time) and cute twins ...dueling it out over a fun toy.

It's perfectly imperfect... and I love it.

Watch Them Grow

The first year of your babies life seems to be the most precious.
There are so many changes.
So many things to discover.
It's nice to be able to capture it all and for that...talk to me about booking multiple sessions for the first year of your babies life.  You can decide the best milestones...but typically things go a little something like this:
Newborn, Sitting up & Standing (maaaaaybe walking!)

Good Ol'Stevie Shoes...

After my 2 hour conversation last night (with my long time friend Anna)... about shoes, steam mops, Groupon, Vegas, cute babies, food and just about anything under the sun,... I thought I would show you my new Steve Madden shoes.  We'll see how long it takes me to break in these bad boys.
Okay... Confession:   I'm notorious for buying shoes waaaaaay out of my walking league.  Everyone has an inner badass and mine involves buying shoes my "flat feet" can't always wear. lol (Especially for long periods of time)
Needless to say...these shoes have a lower wedge heel, so they shouldn't be toooooo bad. .... And I love the look of these with dressy dark denim skinny jeans.

Rain Rain Rain

It chose to rain today...which for obvious reasons it's nice to see, smell and hear fresh rain.

Breakie

Good morning!  ....more like afternoon, but who's keeping track.  ;-)

I'm totally obsessed with the show Chopped.  Watch it!  You'll be inspired to create something amazing out of certain ingredients.

(Today's breakie was going to look soooooooo awesome and in my hungry state, I forgot to photograph the final product.  How tardy of me.  lol)

Wallpaper

A change is always good.... and its time to spice up a wall in the studio. One word: WALLPAPER!
Help me!

Color quality isn't the best in these images...but you get the idea.
